Delivery & Returns

Republic of Ireland

  • FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over €50

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

  • Please note last postage for Christmas 2013 is 19th December to guarantee delivery by Christmas

General Information for Ireland & UK Deliveries

  • Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
  • We aim to deliver your order to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give exact delivery dates and times.
  • We are continually monitoring weather conditions across Ireland & UK and there may be delays due to adverse weather conditions. We are in regular contact with our carriers to establish any delays and we will update information as we have it on these Delivery & Returns pages.
  • We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
  • When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
  • In the event of a Postal strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
  • If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of submitting your order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel your order and we will refund any money paid by you.

Europe

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland at the following delivery charges:

  • Standard Delivery – €5.95 (Within 6-12 working days)
  • Express Delivery – €10.95 (Within 3-6 days working days)
  • FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over €100

Rest of World

We currently deliver to USA (mainland only), Canada, Australia and New Zealand at the following delivery charges:

  • Standard Delivery – €10.00 (Within 6-12 working days)

General Information for European & Rest of World Deliveries

  • Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.
  • For delivery charges to countries not listed please email us for a delivery quotation at care@boutiqua.com
  • Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
  • When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
  • Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
  • Weather conditions can affect both domestic and international deliveries and in these cases all of our carriers will work quickly to clear their back logs.
  • For international customers outside of Europe, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
  • We aim to deliver your order to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give exact delivery dates and times.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
  • Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for International delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside Ireland and the UK. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country.
  • Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for International delivery. Boutiqua do not offer any assistance in this process.
  • All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.

Gift Vouchers are sent electronically via email only. Ask the recipient to check that their gift voucher is not caught in their junk mail, spam or firewalls. If it is not, please contact our Customer Care Team care@boutiqua.comas soon as possible who will be able to help you.

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund within 28 days of receipt*.

*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Goods must be in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

Please note you must inform us of returns by email returns@boutiqua.com and then simply return the items to the address below, in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt*.

Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.

Return of goods is at the customer’s expense unless the goods are faulty or incorrect in which case the postage charge will be refunded. Please inform us of any faulty or incorrect goods when you email us about your returns.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Any refunds will be issued to the card used placing the order. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. Please note that International customers will receive a refund in their local currency at their bank or card issuer's exchange rate.

We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website.
