FAQ

There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you’re looking for. The best way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section on the left.

Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product / brand/ description into our search facility [top right of the Website] and we will find you everything related to your specific search.

Once you have found what you want, click ‘add to bag’, and when you’re done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to set up an account, fill in your payment and delivery details.

Just enter your email address into the box at the top right hand corner of the page.. Another way to sign up for our newsletter is to set up an account CLICK HERE. You don’t have to buy anything yet, but when you do want to start shopping, this’ll also give you a head start.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise.

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you. If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

Regrettably, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to your delivery address. Please ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through our checkout. However, you can return any unwanted product to us. For details of our refund policy, please click here.

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund within 28 days of receipt*. Goods must be in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Please note you must inform us of returns by email returns@boutiqua.com within 7 days of receipt and then simply return the items to the address below, in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt*. *Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Regrettably, we do not have the facilities to gift wrap or include a gift message with any of our orders. Please note, all orders will be sent with a despatch note inside the parcel. This needs to be included in the parcel as it is your proof of purchase.

All of our prices are shown in Euro. If you’re using an internationally registered credit or debit card, your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged. Please be advised that your card provider may add an additional processing charge or administration charge which international card holders are liable to pay.

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to process VAT refunds for online purchases. All prices advertised on our website are inclusive of Republic of Ireland VAT, where applicable.

All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and we recommend that customers check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
