Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund within 28 days of receipt*.

Goods must be in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Please note you must inform us of returns by email. returns@boutiqua.com within 7 days of receipt and then simply return the items to the address below, in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt*.

*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Any refunds will be issued to the card used placing the order. Return of goods is at the customer’s expense unless the goods are faulty or incorrect in which case the postage charge will be refunded. Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website.

If your order is late, faulty or wrong please send an email to the Customer Care Team care@boutiqua.com and we will correct the problem and also give you 10% off your next order to say sorry!
